Annette and Katey present at a joint conference sponsored by Penn State Children's Hospital, Hospice of Lancaster County and Lancaster General. The conference "Working Together When Children Need Help: Hospitals, Home and Hospice" hosted numerous sessions. Annette and Katey's was entitled, "Why We Need You to Work Together." |

Annette is invited to speak at the NHPCO (National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization) First Pediatric Palliative Care Conference in Michigan. There were over 700 attendees from the United States, Canada and the British Isles.

Shortly after the first anniversary of Liam's passing, the LLF co-sponsored PennState Children's Hospital's first two-day training session based on the curriculum of the Initiative for Pediatric Palliative Care. Annette and Katey also co-presented at the conference in a session entitled, “The Experience of the Family During a Child's Illness." |
